Hi-Def Glamour Creme Super Palette - Warm
So with quality makeup being soooo expensive I turned to YouTube where I was persuaded by Makeup by RenRen (Graftobian HD palette review) to purchase this sexy palette! A lot of the time us makeuppers are only exposed to the brands around us that are widely advertised- which Ren pointed out, and rightly so! It's so easy to go into town and do abit of testing and end up buying a whole bottle of foundation for £20+ to then go home try it and decide hmmmmmmmmmmm...and what about if youre an artist who will need foundations for loads of different skin tones??? Well theatre brands such as Graftobian, Mehron, Ben Nye etc are professional makeup brands very well known in the USA. Graftobian do tonnes of stage and dance makeup and provide loooads of handy palettes that save space in your kit and money! Okay, so I know that there are a couple of UK websites that stock Gratobian products -treasurehouse.sageshops.co.uk being one of them as mentioned by GossMakeupArtist. However, I was sooo happy to see that CameraReadyCosmetics a stockist of alllllll the major brands have a eBay shop wahooooo!!! Theyre under 'crcmakeup' and it worked out to be alooooot cheaper...so this palette sells for $70 which is what hmmmmmm....£43? The p+p is abit dear at $13.25 but any additional item is $2 and trusttt me you will want to add add adddd!!
So back to the reviewww, ooooooh they are so creamy, quite thick but can easily be diluted with moisturisor or a thinner. I'm a big fan of cream/liquid foundations as I believe they can always be used on all skin types and set with powder if you are working on oily skin, whereas with powder/mineral foundations you dont really have anyway to work it with dry skin (unless you moisturise and moisturise...ANYWAY).
These palettes are great if you want to create flawless skin for brides, especially asian brides- they will love this. They come in 3 different palettes; warm, neutral and cool. I would say to start off with the warm, like Ren said, then purchase the cool palette, then maybe the neutral because they seriously have so many colours that you are bound to match it to your client wth the first two palettes. I shall swatch the palette for you soon my lovlies and maybe do a before and after I've applied it ;). I can tell this palette is going to last me a lonnnnnnng time wahoooooo!
